With systems for all process steps and alternatives in the process of casting and impregnating, HÜBERS offers a wide range of technologies and system components.
However, two advantages apply for all HÜBERS systems: Firstly, they provide for the cost-efficient production of highest quality parts. And secondly, their components are modular and conceived for flexible application. Thus each HÜBERS system is suitable for changes in processes and products as well as adaptable for capacity increases.
Systems can be changed e.g. from vacuum casting to casting at atmospheric pressure or to pressure gelation or vice-versa. They can be expanded for simultaneous pressure gelation and vacuum-pressure gelation or parallel vacuum and atmospheric casting — the units being supplied in each case from central mixing and metering systems. Moreover, they offer the possibility to enhance even manual systems to fully automatic casting lines.
Result: Sustainability through flexible adjustment to the particular market and production situation.
